Formerly known as Within Reach Organizing Solutions, Sue Zepeda is now the Director of Efficiency Integration at The Next Level Business Solutions. She has been creating customized home and office systems for her clients using their own personal styles, as well as offering presentations on organizing and personal time management since 2004. A second-generation organizer, she is queen of the personal “Command Center,” a fingertip file system that lets you be sure everything you need is in one place - and that you will be able to find it. There is light at the end of the tunnel!

 

Prior to her organizing business, Sue spent over seven years as an Intake counselor at the Tempe Crisis Pregnancy Center; playing a key role in developing and then teaching classes for the Parenting Education Program. She taught reading to students with learning disabilities and who spoke English as a second language. She spent three years on the Candlelighters Advisory Board, which planned activities and organized retreats for families dealing with cancer.  Sue has four children and homeschooled for five years.

On our team, we have the only second-generation professional organizer in the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO USA) – the daughter of a certified professional organizer. The only other mother-daughter duo is in Canada.

We have proven time and task management strategies to increase productivity – both for the office and home-based businesses; as well as household management, putting baby on a schedule for new moms and daily routines for stay-at-home parents.

We also offer public speaking, workshops and training seminars.  

  1. What does your follow-up process look like?

We offer 3 follow-up visits (about 45 minutes each) after our final session, to make sure the system we create is working for you the way it should and to address any snags should they arise.

  1. What happens if an item is broken or missing while in my office/home?

We are licensed and insured.

We are hands-on organization professionals. Our clients receive customized, individualized, and personalized solutions while working with them side by side.
